Cancel your order:
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel or require any changes on your order, regardless of weekend or statutory holidays.  A refund check will be issued later.
Quantity adjustment:
When your order can not being filled completely, we will contact you before doing any adjustment.
Complain:
 
If you are not satisfied with the purchase in any reason, contact us within 7 business days after you receive the product.  We offer you three options to solve the problems:  goods exchange, one-time special discount or full refund.
 
You are entitled a refund if you accidentally make an inaccurate purchase in ordering amount, color selection, and etc.  However, round shipping cost and a handling fee of CAD $20 will be applied.
There is no refund for logo printing order or on sale items.
